Surface Dial: Arpeggiator Demo

This is a demo for WebMidi and the Surface Dial, which is used as an arpeggiator here.
Hold some keys on the MIDI controller keyboard and then spin the Surface Dial.
Spinning the dial faster will increase the note velocity.
Spinning the dial slower will increase the note length.
